Disclaimers and Liability
Placing an order constitutes agreement and compliance with all issues listed herein.
A. Liability
This
unique product may require creative photo cropping and composition. The photo may
be enlarged, reduced or cropped as our editors see fit so as to create the most
beautiful rendition in either a vertical or horizontal format. Aside from
cropping, all photos will be woven exactly as we receive them, without special
adjustment instructions.
We recommend washing product by hand washing in cool water using a mild detergent or machine wash on gentle cycle separately. Dry on cool cycle. All items are constructed without exception from 100% cotton yarn and backing.
Black and white photos will be woven as black and white, and color photos will be woven in color.
The submission of any photos or any other documents constitutes an agreement by you that if such photo or document is damaged, lost or mishandled by our company, agents or employees, even though due to negligence or of any of the foregoing, that Pure Country Weavers, Inc cannot be held responsible. While we will use all due diligence to ensure the safety of your photograph and will make all attempts to return your photo with your blanket, we suggest that you DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS that are irreplaceable or highly valuable. Please make a copy to send or upload a digital image to our website www.pictureweave.com.
ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM PRODUCED AND YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE ALTERED OR CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
B. No Copyrighted Photographs
Copyrighted photos will not be accepted without written permission from the photographer. A copyrighted picture will usually be identified as follows: 1)the words “Copyrighted photo - do not copy” imprinted on the back of the photo, 2) a copyrighted logo or 3) a professionally published photo or artwork e.g. magazine photo. Please use a different photo if you are in doubt as to whether your submission is copyright protected. Final say on copyright issues will be left to the discretion of our in-house art editors.
C. Digital Photos
Digital photos can be uploaded to pictureweave.com or mailed in on CD, disk or flash drive along with your printed certificate form. Low resolution images will not reproduce well, so please make sure that the image you upload is at least 150 dpi resolution. IMPORTANT: When mailing your order, you must include your printed certificate order form . Orders that contain no certificate order form will be immediately returned to sender.
D. Tracking Your Order
Please be sure to retain a copy of your certificate number. This is the only way you will be able to track your order or contact us with questions. To track your order, please visit www.pictureweave.com . Please contact us with any questions.
E. Delivery
Delivery terms are on a "Best Efforts" basis. We do not guarantee ship dates or delivery dates.
F. Returns
We will always reproduce your image in a woven format to the very best of our ability. Color and clarity will always vary as our products are woven and not printed. Should your Picture Weave product have weaving defects (ie: pulled or missing yarn, stains, etc) we will be happy to replace your item at no charge once the original has been received and reviewed by our department managers. Please return any faulty product, along with certificate number, date of purchase, contatct info and reason for return, to:
